Hip Surveillance is a schedule of x-rays and clinical examinations through childhood for early detection of hip disorders in children with cerebral palsy.  Children with more severe cerebral palsy require closer monitoring than those with a milder condition.  This tab will help you understand the classification of cerebral palsy severity and the recommended screening schedule.
